Buckles, clasps, studs: if any hardware breaks, we'll service or swap the piece for up to a year.

Thread

If a thread goes rogue, we've got you. For up to a year, we'll service or replace for:
• Loose threads
• Skipped stitches
• A stitch line giving way and opening up the seam

Zip

Zips have main character energy sometimes. For up to a year, we'll service or replace if yours:
• Breaks
• Slides open on its own
• Gets stuck
• Sits misaligned

Lining

If the lining fades or changes colour, we'll service or replace it for up to a year. Brand's call.
