Return and Exchange Policy

At Hipshipp, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please read our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered.

As our products are carefully handcrafted and made using premium plant-based materials, all sales are considered final.

Exchanges

We may offer an exchange only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.

To request an exchange, customers must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Provide a complete and unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
  • Share clear photographs of the damaged product.
  • Ensure the product is unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to determine whether the damage occurred before delivery and whether the product qualifies for an exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchanges will not be approved for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish resulting from screen settings or the natural characteristics of the materials used
  • Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging
  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video

Refunds

In exceptional circumstances where an approved exchange cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability, Hipshipp may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund or store credit.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
