What materials are used?
Our bags are crafted using Banofi leather, cruelty-free and environmentally conscious materials.
The inner lining is made of taffeta, adding a vibrant contrast to the exterior.
Are the bags cruelty-free?
Yes. All materials used in Hipshipp products are 100% cruelty-free and responsibly sourced.
How long does delivery take?
Each bag is made to order and typically ships within 5–7 business days across India. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor delivery.
Can I return or exchange my bag?
Returns are not offered.
However, if your bag arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
How do I care for my bag?
To maintain your bag’s condition:
• Wipe gently with a dry cloth
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure
• Store in the dust bag provided when not in use
Do you ship internationally?

Our launch collection is produced in small batches. Once a design sells out, it may not be restocked.
